Potato Galette
- 2 1/2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes
- 10 tablespoons ghee
- 2 medium onions
- 1lb mushrooms
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup Asiago cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- Sour cream
- Parmesan cheese
What you’ll need:
- Chef’s knife
- Oven Safe Frying pan, or Cast Iron Skillet
- Cheese Grader
- 1 large bowl
- Baking Sheet
- Paper towels/kitchen towel
- Fun attitude
- Beverage of choice!
